Course Overview
Dr. Minesh Mehta demonstrates the Instinct Plus Endoscopic Clipping Device in six gPOEM and zPOEM cases for post procedure closure, discussing his techniques and methods for closing each of the mucosotomy sites. This course will be presented in English.
Course Objectives
- Observe complete zipper closure techniques in both vertical and horizontal defects
- Learn the importance of leak prevention at a mucosotomy site
- Acquire knowledge in the use of suction in closure procedures
- Experience multiple endoscopic clip placement • Hear how the presenting physician uses endoscopic clip attributes to his advantage in the procedure
