Retrograde Tibiopedal access may be the one last chance at limb salvage in very difficult cases. Through case observation, lectures, ultrasound-guided needle access training, attendees will have a greater understanding of the Cook devices used in this technique.

At the end of this course, attendee will have a comprehensive understanding of the following skills:
- Below the knee (BTK) microsystems for CTO management utilizing CXI, micro-crossing support catheters, CTO high tip load wires, and Advance micro-balloon angioplasty catheters.
- Complete treatment techniques using various Cook balloons, stents, drug-eluting stents, athrectomy devices (cutting, directional and orbital devices) and laser catheters, for above and below the knee intervention.
- Gaining comfort with ultrasound guidance from access, intervention to hemostasis.
