PAD Therapies feature lectures, discussion, and training on Cook Medical products with leaders in interventional medicine. Procedures covered may include iliac stenting; subclavian, renal, iliac, femoropopliteal and infrapopliteal PTA; aortic endovascular graft placement; and selective iliac, femoral, aortic, and abdominal arteriography.
Course level: Intermediate
- Physicians should have a good understanding of wire guides, catheters, balloons, and stents. Physicians should have a minimum of two years
of experience in performing interventions.
- These courses focus on cases that range from iliac to infrapopliteal disease and the devices used to treat them. Some chronic total occlusion cases will be included. The courses will use the full range of angioplasty and stenting devices and techniques, chronic total occlusion (CTO) wire techniques, and techniques with other devices.
